Warranty

Dedal-NV, JSC guarantees that your purchased product is free of workmanship defects. If necessary, we will provide free repairs (parts and labour) during the warranty period under the condition that the transportation and operation rules as stated in your Operation Manual were observed.

The warranty period starts from the date of retail purchase if the Seller was authorized by Dedal-NV through the active Purchasing Agreement.

The warrranty becomes void if:


1. The Device was used in violation of the rules defined in its Operation Manual;

 2. Presence of visible or hidden mechanical damages of the Device, which were caused by violation of transportation or storage rules;

 3. Attempts of unauthorized disassembly/repair;

 4. Natural wear and tear of the parts, which have a limited lifetime;
 
 5. Unqualified mounting on a rifle (for riflescopes);

 6. Use of low quality (damaged, explosive) power sources inside your Device;

 7. Accidents of force-majeure nature (fire, flood, road accident, etc.);

 8. Aiming of the working night or thermal device to bright light sources (bright lamps, Sun, welding equipment, laser, etc.);

 9. Intense usage of a night vision device in daytime and twilight in immobility for over 30 minutes, which may cause exhaustion of the image intensifier tube;

 10. Exposure to direct sun rays or extensive (over one hour) illumination of an inactive night vision device under illumination level above 10 lux.
